Intimacy Coaching is one virtual 50-minute, 1-on-1 session with your coach. You may book as many coaching sessions as you feel are necessary and each session is $200. This includes:
Assessment to help you narrow down your barriers to desired intimacy
Personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals
Helpful tools, tips, and resources for navigating your unique obstacles

ZERO JUDGEMENT
Topics concerning intimacy, gaps in sex education knowledge or understanding, sexual abuse, and adult media consumption are challenging and unique to each person. Whatever you’re concerned about or need guidance with, I’m here to assist you with an open mind and zero judgment.
CONFIDENTIAL
With the exception of anything that would require mandated reporting, all things shared in your email correspondence, consultation, or coaching sessions are completely confidential.
